General Information late summer 2021 Update
Covid continues to be of concern here however things are somewhat normal. The following regulations are in place:
1, Anyone using public transportation must wear a mask
2. Entry into all public buildings requires mask and temperature readings
3. All are encouraged to wear mask in public
4. There is an app on the cell phone that shows health and vaccination status . This must be shown when entering public transportation and high risk public areas like hospitals, etc. Also must be shown at restaurants like McDonalds, etc If you do not have the app then you may enter after completing form with name, id, telephone number.
5. All students and teachers are required to be vaccinated.
6. Colleges are starting classes next week and many are requiring virus test for all teachers and students regardless of their vaccination status
I am continually amazed by how efficient some things are done, Last week there were 4 cases reported and as a result the govt required testing of more than 6 million residents within 5 days.
